Anna Rucker Utter

On May 9, 2023, Anna Rucker Utter, 73 died peacefully at Montgomery Hospice’s Casey House in Rockville, Maryland with her family by her side. Born January 27, 1950 to the late John and Margaret Rucker in Spartanburg, South Carolina, she is survived by her son Bryan Utter and his wife Elizabeth of Columbia, Maryland, her son Mark Utter and his wife Crystal of Columbia, South Carolina, and her son Erik Utter and his wife Jennifer of Poolesville, Maryland. Grandmother of Orjan and Aerith. Sister of Elaine Rucker, Clara J. Powell, and Phillip Rucker. Predeceased by her brother Hugh Rucker. Celebration of life and inurnment will occur at Gaithersburg Presbyterian Church, 610 S. Frederick Ave, Gaithersburg, Maryland.
