On Wednesday, May 10, 2023 Elmer Gregorio Lozano Rocano, age 75, died peacefully at his residence in Montogmery Village, MD. Born on May 9, 1948 in Cerro de Pasco, Peru to Augusto Lozano and Avelina Rocano. He completed his secondary education. Twenty year ago he came to the United States where he worked as a maintenance manager. Devoted husband of Delia Loyola Lozano. He will be missed by the many whose lives he touched.
