George Colin Joynes

On Sunday, August 9, 2020 George Colin Joynes age 78 died peacefully at his residence in Gaithersburg, MD. Born on September 28, 1941 in Bermuda to Hewitt Geoffrey and Maybelle Laurice (nee Scott) Joynes. He served his nation honorably as a First Sergeant in the United States Army and was a PBA Senior Professional Bowler. Beloved husband of Ester (nee Cuevas) Joynes and a wonderful father to Frank Joynes, Donna Duke and Debbie Ford and an amazing grandfather to Payton and Chace Ford, William Duke and Tyler and Tiffany Joynes. He will be greatly missed by family, friends and those whose lives he touched.

His final resting place will be at Arlington National Cemetery.
