I’laniah Aset-Vi Addison was sent to us on July 27,2022 in Washington, DC, to Dorothy and Terrell Addison. She transitioned to heaven peacefully in her mother’s arms on April 6, 2023. She is survived by her older brother and sister Isreal and Ilahah as well as family members who loved and cared about her deeply. I’laniah was a patient at Children’s National Hospital, where she spent her life overcoming all medical obstacles gracefully. So sweet and gentle, an angel on Earth that made life beautiful. Known as our “ Strong Miracle Baby,” she adapted the family nickname “ Ani Boom” to reflect on her resilience daily. She loved story time, spending quality time being held, watching videos and pictures of her older brother and sister, body massages, watching her projector of stars light, listening to the sounds of rainfall, and watching her favorite movie Moana. In her eight months of life, she has fulfilled her purpose, and we will forever live each day continuing her legacy.
John 14:27
“Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and, do not be afraid.”
