Jose Antonio Solorzano, a beloved husband, father, and grandfather, was on September 28, 1952, in San Miguel, El Salvador. He was a man of warmth, kindness, and strength, who touched the lives of many during his journey on this earth. Sadly, he departed from this life on his birthday, September 28, 2024, in Onley, Maryland, surrounded by his loving family.

Jose Antonio's life was a testament to the cherished values of family and love. He shared a deep bond with his wife, Rosa Esparanza Gonzalez De Solorzano, who was not only his partner but also his best friend and confidante. Together, they built a life filled with laughter and unwavering support, creating a haven for their children and grandchildren.

He is survived by his three adoring children: Maritza Jeanneth Solorzano, Christian Florinda Solorzano, and Edwin Solorzano. Each carried a piece of his spirit, reflecting his wisdom, compassion, and joy for life. Jose Antonio took immense pride in being a grandfather, nurturing a special connection with each of his grandchildren: Maritza, Mauricio, Alejandro, Danielle, Valentina, and Angel. His legacy of love and guidance will continue to resonate through generations.

Jose Antonio was predeceased by his parents, Antonio Solorzano and Soila Marina Solorzano, whose teachings and love shaped him into the man he became. They instilled in him the importance of family, hard work, and faith, values that he passed down to his own loved ones.

As his family gathers to remember the beautiful moments shared with him, their hearts ache with both grief and gratitude. Jose Antonio’s gentle spirit, his laughter, and his generous heart will forever remain etched in their memories. He will be deeply missed but eternally celebrated for the life he lived, the love he shared, and the legacy he left behind.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, October 8, 2024 from 5:00 pm - 9:00 pm at Thibadeau Mortuary Chapel, 124 E Diamond Ave, Gaithersburg, MD 20877.  On Wednesday, October 9, 2024 at 12:30 pm a Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Catherine Labouré Catholic Church, 11801 Claridge Rd, Wheaton, MD 20902. Interment to follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery in Silver Spring, Maryland.
