With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Kylie Lucille McNeill on January 30, 2025, at the age of 14. Born on July 20, 2010, Kylie was the beloved daughter of Dustin and Jaime McNeill and the cherished big sister of Raegan and Kennedy. She passed peacefully, surrounded by family. 

Kylie was funny, sassy, and full of life. She had a deep love for Pokémon, enjoyed meals at Applebee’s, and was happiest in the water. Despite facing the challenges of LIG3-related mitochondrial leukoencephalomyopathy, she brought joy and laughter to everyone around her. 

She will be deeply missed but forever remembered in the hearts of those who loved her. A celebration of her life will be held on February 7th, 2025, 10:  am at 6101 Executive BLVD, Rockville, MD 20852. Rest in peace, sweet Kylie.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the National Kidney Foundation or the United Leukodystrophy Foundation in her honor.
