Noel Henry Powell

Noel Henry Powell was born on February 11, 1960 in Mandeville, Manchester, Jamaica. He lived in Knockpatrick until he moved to Mandeville, where he met his wife of 34 years, Jacqueline Powell. Noel attended May Day Secondary School. He worked at Mandeville Hospital for 13 years before moving to the US in 1992. Here Noel lived in Germantown with his wife and 2 children. He worked simultaneously at First Coast Security at NRC and Golden Scvs LLC at FDA. On Sunday, August 14, 2022, Noel died suddenly, in a car accident at the age of 62. He is survived by his wife, Jacqueline Powell and 2 children Candice and Kareem Powell, brothers Flavious and Oliver and sisters Jeanine and Fancita.
